The objections stated in your post are dissolving.
We now know that the use of the term “Republic” was pretty much universal beginning in 1963, and that E.F. Lavender is still alive and in Kenya.
Since the document is a typed fill-in (xerographic copies were to come three years later) based on the data on file, there is nothing about it that is objectively questionable.
Do you exaggerate much? You said “E.F. Lavender is still alive and in Kenya”.
Link to your source please, and not that picture of someone named Eric Lavender on the internet.
If you are going by my info...don't. I thought the caption under the picture said E.F. Lavender, It doesn't. It simply says Eric Lavender. So we can't be sure it's the same man. My mistake. Sorry.
