Someone on FR had confirmed from the paper (????) that the info for the announcement came from the State office. Think I saw that on the long thread yesterday.

My theory is that Gandma, after getting the call, filled out, and registered the birth as a home birth. That’s what Obama is hiding - his Hawaiian birth certificate shows a home birth.

This explains the Hawaiian offical saying he has a Hawaiian birth certificate - he does, a fraudulent one. It also explains the announcements - they are automatically triggered by the healt dept. Grandma probably knew this, so she used a bogus address, otherwise neighbors might wonder where the baby was.
