...was the document at this web page earlier without ‘fake’ in its title or the title in the URL at all?

I noticed it too, sometime after I first booted up this morning. I didn't remember it having that title last night, so I took a look at my bookmark, which has the URL this way:

The page title has been changed too. Last night it looked like this:

Correct, the original scribd article page did NOT include the word FAKE. http://www.scribd.com/doc/18018712/03118509264
It’s since been changed to include the word FAKE with a question mark...and now the question mark is gone.
