I don’t have an answer to your question. As I said, I am not trying to argue the point. Your argument is well taken and maybe it’s correct. Until you get it in front of the US Supreme Court, its just so much bluster in the wind. So you can be pissy, you can be condescending, or whatever else that floats your boat. My point stands: Current law disagrees with you. I’m man enough to say you might be right about the framers’ opinion but until we change the opinion of the Supreme Court it won’t be law.
