How do you figure the Aussie one is phoney, too.
In the Aussie one, the printed ‘Deputy Registrar’ is over top of the supposed signature, not under it.
Those photos are laughable.
Because a forgery can be reverse engineered to discredit a real document...
How so? - even a cursory glance shows up several differences.

We found several points of inconsistancy, the most important being that the text floats over the creases in the paper. - Also Bomford is the guy's assumed alias as per court documents where he was convicted of fraud last week. His name is Bamford, and Bomford is one of his listed aliases.
