Its date coincides with Ann Dunham’s return to the states. My guess is she needed a copy for a passport or to have with her back in the states. It’s reasonable the custodial parent would have a copy if the parents split-up.

Makes sense to me. I just wonder how this copy would have gotten out of Obama's control and into Orly Taitz' hands.

My guess is Hillary Clinton,who reportedly had three copies of the original Kenyan BC. This may be it. I want to hear about the authenticity of this copy from Polarik and few others.
