I’m not an expert on anything but I have a folded document that I have been carrying in my wallet for years. The folds and tears on that document are identical. If it’s a fake someone went to a lot of trouble aging that paper.
When my daughter’s original birth certificate was sent from San Bernardino County, CA, it was folded to fit in an envelope and has the same fold marks.
That’s a good sign.
We need lots of ammo before we certify this one.
