I like this paragraph the best from the supplied link by Lucas Smith.

For Siezethecarp, it clearly states that President Kibaki is the leader today, and that Barak Obama Sr were neighbors in Government Quarters, and that this statement was made by his daughter.
It also clearly distinguishes the lack of knowledge that shows itself with her statement that Obama Sr, was the father of American President Barak Obama, because, per our constitution, he would be a dual citizen at best, not a natural born citizen which is required to be POTUS.
One can argue that he holds the office, I contend he occupies the space, much like a car thief occupies the seat of a stolen car, its still not his car.

This is in line what I have said all along, even discussed it here long before the election together with many other FReeper Constitutionalists. Well said, cuts it to the core!!!The tragedy is that many of the paid "AFTER-BIRTHERS" posting here don't see it that way???
