You are right. They don’t have a case against her. Nobody has said they do after she blew a 0.00. The situation is one of a trial attorney ambulance chaser bigshot dropping his name all over the place trying to get a good cop fired. Did you watch the video where the first thing he says to the cop is “Did you touch her”? THis ambulance chaswer is looking for 1) a lawsuit for $ and 2) publicity.
