I could start listening only around 1;00 eastern and don't have a handle on their "clock" but it sounds like the old Arbitron clock of breaking at :20, :40 and :55 (roughly).

I’ve only been listening this morning, but yeah, seems to be standard format, with a break at the bottom of the hour as well. So I thnk has to happen before :28 or wait til next block....
