But what you don’t understand here is that his mother still remains his mother - Stanley Ann. She just shacked up with Malcolm and she had the means to do it too!
That would explain why BO sr went back to Africa without them. Obama looks like his mother.

This, to me, gives great credence to the suggestion that someone was trying to close the case and get it out of the system. That’s a long time between actions. Now, having said that, I have seen (both as muny prosecutor and muny judge) people come in as many as 11 years after failing to appear and want to pay and clear up the case. Still, extremely unusual to have this happen 21 years later.
Worth asking the questions, methinks.

2. The accident is characterized as a major accident. Chances are that Bari Shabazz and/or any passenger was taken to a local hospital in Honolulu County due to his/their injuries. If Bari Shabazz suffered any major injuries or laceration, the physical signs of those injuries and/or lacerations could still be present somewhere on his body if he is still alive.

If his mother was another woman who was not a US citizen (which is IMO the case) and was born out of the US, then he is not an NBC even if Mx is the father, which I think very likely.
Why do you cling to Stanley Ann?
There is no evidence Zero was born in NY, that I read. I think part of Apuzzo’s conjecture could be accurate.

And we haven’t seen him drive anything other than a golf cart. Probably doesn’t even have a drivers license.
There is this other consideration. If Bari Shabazz is indeed Barack Obama and if Malcolm X is his biological father, as Ms. Trowbridge postulates - and if Stanely Ann Dunham is the mother - this would imply that 16 year old Stanley Ann had an encounter with Malcolm sometime in early 1959. Is there any evidence of Stanley Ann being in NYC or of Malcom being in or around Seattle during this time frame? Or could the two have met up in Chicago - where both had connections?
There are photos purportedly of Stanley Ann with Baby Barack in NYC attending a memorial service for Malcolm in NYC, but if the boy's birthday was in 1959, he would have been older at that time than the child purported to be Barack in the those photos.

It sounds like, in your experience, the person was still alive when they went back to clear up the court issues.
In this case, Bari is alleged to have been dead years before.
Which brings up (one of) the question Mario posits:
Why would someone who isn't (the then dead) Bari, want to clear this up?
Her date of birth iirc was supposedly 29 November 1942. An 'au pair' is a european invention, I think from the 70's...a polite word for NANNY.
