Colorcountry, in discussions with another Freeper, pinged me and asked me to point to any post that they had made that I deemed an attack or offensive. I did so, sincerely, but also directly. Since that post, colorcountry has contacted me offline and sincerely apologized, which I equally sincerely accepted, and we have resolved the difference and misunderstanding...for the which I have respect and apprciation for colorcoountry.
Given your tone and accusative spirit, sadly, I cannot say the same for you. I have neve mentioned my status as FOTY on these threads...only you and others have done that. I did not seek it, campaign for it, and was not even aware that such a vote or contest even existed until the day I was pinged to a thread here on FR and was informed I had been voted it.
Back then, and now, I credit all the people who worked with me and helped me at Klamath Falls and its Water Crisis in 2001 the summer before the 911 attacks. Many of them right here on FR.
So, you raising that topic is simply a red herring and a straw man. Thanks...but no thanks.
