The cop also knew he was in public, in plain view for dozens of witnesses to see. I’d have to think that what he did was for a valid reason.

I hope that is the case, otherwise this is a very disturbing incident.

But the point of the entire post is that we don’t know ALL the facts. The video doesn’t reveal them.
