Just the P.O. cancellation, with the '08' from '2008'copied and rotated to make an '80' for '1980' is enough for me. TAKE THIS TO EVERY SINGLE DOCUMENT EXPERT IN THE NATION FOR CERTIFICATION THEN HEAD STRAIGHT TO CONGRESS FOR AN OFFICIAL HEARING ON THIS DOCUMENT. There is ZERO doubt it's been fabricated and therefore null and void.
Also stamped with notation, 'No ID' and STAMPED BEFORE BARRY SIGNED IT, AND NOT AFTERWARDS!
