Nasty! But even if that could happen, just because you have a hole in your septum doesn’t mean all that will happen. I am speaking from current first hand experience. And I don’t do cocaine - the surgeon didn’t seal me up right!
The reason you don’t have or didn’t have, the same symptoms is because the cause was NOT long term cocaine use. Did you read the medical report I posted?
