Or a family member, whose passport he was on, went with him to Hawaii , then went back to Indonesia sometime later.
How easy is it for people to do adoptions in Indonesia? ( that way they can be put onto the mom’s passport.)
And would they have had to go on the mom’s passport; what if the dad wanted to take them to Hawaii ?

Highlander, all those questions have been answered in the foregoing comments, you are simply restating the obvious.

Since 0 wasn’t related to Lolo originally, there would have to be some kind of paperwork done there.
And was asking whether the kid could be put on the dad’s passport if the dad wanted to accompany him abroad and not the mom.
ASK all you want, are you expecting someone to go through adoption records for you in Indonesia? You can’t be serious. How much money for bribes have you got lying around and what are you prepared to pay to see Indonesian passport records?
Maybe you should just fly over there and see what you can dig up.
However, the 1961-1962 Honolulu Polk directory shows the Dunham family (Stanley, Madelyn, and Ann Obama) residing at the 6085 Kalanianaole Hwy. address, while “Obama Barack H” resided separately at 625 11 Ave.
This is the first I’ve heard that any Dunham or Obama was actually connected to that address.
Sure sounds like White Granny definitely wanted to make her slutty daughter seem legitimate. I think she made up the wedding and the address where “mr and mrs” Obama lived (just used her own addy in the phone book). Having a tramp as a daughter was not cool in 1961, I’m sure.
I doubt it Lolo was the one who adopted him, anyway, due to all the Lolo/SAD/family photos were photoshopped, or had different men as “Lolo”.

I was asking what Indonesia would need if someone wanted to adopt a kid, and then put him/her on their passport.
And if the dad wanted to take the kid abroad for visit etc, would they put the kid on his passport.
Or would the kid have to stay on his/her mom’s passport and only be able to travel with her.
Ann 0bama is not the same as Stanley Ann Dunham.

Your reply reminded me, they had to construct that family group on the couch to make it look like they were a family, and we have images of at least three different men claimed to be Lolo. What a waste of time. There’s absolutely no evidence the man we have been shown as Soetoro was the husband of Stanley Ann Dunham.

If anyone adopted him it was someone named Soebarkah and I’ve posted photographs and information on their royal/military connections so often in the past, I refuse to do it again for people with short attention spans.

All Stanley Ann Dunham was required to do was divorce the man she never married, get sole custody and take the boy to Indonesia. On the passport she had in July 1965, which we are unable to see ‘because it’s been destroyed’.

If I didn’t hate flying I would be going to the Honolulu library and looking in the 1961 Polk directory for anyone listed as “(last name ), Ann, studt” and making note of the address and last name.
Then finding out what school they were attending.
Then to see if the ones going to the same school as 0 SR , then transferred to a university in Washington state.
That is what is needed here.

That is just one “Ann”.
There’s more Ann’s there; would be looking for the other last names.
As she was listed as a student, and the kenyan 'apparently' met her in a Russian Class, Ann S Obama must have been in Hawaii early enought to enroll at the U of HI for Fall 1960 and get herself listed in the Polk for 1961. So it would seem she was a student living at, or using that address in late 1960.
An investigation of the enrollment application should show that Ann S Obama was a student, and her birthdate, maiden name and the name of her parents. I think we know her name was ANN. After that, we know nothing for certain.
Then to see if the ones going to the same school as 0 SR , then transferred to a university in Washington state.
You have already been presented with a record from the U of WA. It's probably not genuine. It's a scan of an e-mail, without verification.

There is an Ann in the picture of the group of students at the nachmanoff (sp?) and 0 SR is in that picture.
This Ann is Asian, looks nothing like Stanley Ann.
So, there is an Ann to trace.
That is one of the Ann’s that I would be looking for in the Polk directory.
