I am certainly glad that I was NOT raised to look for imaginary slights and did not have an attitude of “if I fail or fall short of anything, it’s the fault of somebody else, somebody of another race”. Consequently, knowing that they were MY fault, I’ve always learned from my failures that I HAVE TO IMPROVE MYSELF.

I can’t imagine living a life of “it’s not my fault” and I hope that my descendants NEVER are taught to live that type of life.
