Actually, no. One of the police officers was STRUCK by the car and was injured.
This gal was fresh out of jail for car theft. 16 years old. The car she was in was in an alley. Neighbors called in a suspicious vehicle. She pinned a cop to a wall with the car. Local media had her crying mother on TV, speaking Spanish. The public response was "little bitch deserved it".
