Nuclear power plant technicians, senior military officers, FBI contractors and an employee of “a highly-secretive Department of Defense agency” with a Top Secret clearance. Those are just a few of the more than 100 people with sensitive military and government connections that law enforcement is tracking because they are linked to “outlaw motorcycle gangs.”
A year before the deadly Texas shootout that killed nine people on May 17, a lengthy report by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives detailed the involvement of U.S. military personnel and government employees in outlaw motorcycle gangs, or OMGs. A copy of the report was obtained by The Intercept.
The report lays out, in almost obsessive detail, the extent to which OMG members are represented in nearly every part of the military, and in federal and local government, from police and fire departments to state utility agencies. Specific examples from the report include dozens of Defense Department contractors with Secret or Top Secret clearances; multiple FBI contractors; radiological technicians with security clearances; U.S. Department of Homeland Security employees; Army, Navy and Air Force active-duty personnel, including from the special operations force community; and police officers.

FWIW harm has no relevance to a phobia. At any rate I lived in a cabin in SW NM with no screens and an inch gap at the bottom of the doors. Never saw a tarantula in the house but every other kind of spider walked right in along with a couple of centipedes. I learned to deal. Heck, I slept on the floor the first two months I was there so I had to.
In fact I had a black widow who built a four foot high web from the window sill to the ceiling on the opposite side of my dinner table. She stayed on her side and I stayed on mine.

And yes, I would set up a lovely vivarium for a little shiny, black lady friend.
As it is, I have to make do with the jumping spiders who live on my window sills and the occasional “house spider” that sets up shop and snags the errant fly, in the summer.
There are wolf spiders wandering around too but I rarely see them.

Right now the powers that be have done a fine job of playing on the public's perception that bikers are criminals because they look scary, and are deserving of whatever they get, including being shot and killed.
It's curious how little the press is doing to investigate this. Imagine if a whole lot of black groups had called a meeting, and couple of street gangs showed up as well. A fight breaks out between the two street gangs and nine people are shot to death, but everybody at the meeting gets arrested. Do you think there would be as little media interest in digging into the story? Would they simply accept not getting a chance to interview any of the two hundred people arrested?

That doesn’t make sense (all but one of the dead were Cossacks and allegedly at least four of the dead bikers were PD kills).
Imagine it in Baltimore, Ferguson or Cleveland. Nine black shot dead, 170 arrested on million dollar bails, all phones and cameras taken and wiped.
Think it would just be “move along, nothing to see?”
It will be easy to tell: by now, all the autopsies should be done, and the caliber of all bullets should have been determined, and forensic analysis to determine which came from LEO rifles, which came from seized biker weapons, and which came from unknown sources, should be complete in the next few days.
If there is an enormous silence, then we will know why.

Yes, there was an early report of it starting inside but that was a brief and fleeting report. The picture quickly changed as waitresses spoke and the surveillance video was viewed.
As for blood inside, it was total chaos. Many ran inside to hide. Many of those were wounded.
I read some reports that a fight broke out in the bathroom also after they ran into it to hide.
One waitress said that more than 30 guns were drawn.
Another said that she was afraid to dial out on her cell phone for fear some ‘excited’ dude would shoot her.
