It’s not difficult to find them on the 99 cent table - overpriced at that. They should come with their own barf bag.
No, Pearl Harbor is an exact analogy, as is the US base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, or British forts on US Northwest Territory for 30+ years before the War of 1812.
In all cases, an attack on US forces by an enemy military power was, or would be, an act of war against the United States.
In the case of those British forts, the US wisely let them be, until negotiated away in 1814.
By sharp contrast, Confederate President Davis used Fort Sumter as his excuse for foolishly launching war against the United States.
Those are simple facts, not even debatable.
cowboyway: "...150 years from now your progeny will be taught about the greatness and saint like qualities of 0bama."
Or not.
You can keep repeating your lies over and over but you can't turn a lie into truth. You can only attempt to brainwash the weak minded and to continue to bolster your own foolish position.
Or not.
Lincoln revisionist, 0bama revisionist: same same.
The idiot asked the fool..............
“Snark, snark, snark! Yap, yap, yap! ....snicker.... ;) lol” —— rockrr
Yes, I do believe it is the same fellow. I have merely noted that the author of the article that begins this thread is the same man who provides the foreword in one of the books you showed. And he also sits in for Rush.
There, fixed it for you. No problem, you're welcome.
A plagiarist and revisionist. Of course, we already knew that.
I’ve got an idea professor. Why don’t you challenge the authors of those books that you posted to a debate. Challenge the Kennedy brothers (The South Was Right), Donald Livingston, John Emison (Lincoln Uber Alles: Dictatorship Comes to America), et al.
Why waste your enormous talents on obscure threads on a antiquated website debating people you consider beneath you?
You could go on tour: The False Cause Loser White Guilt Tour. HandyDandy could be your key grip and rockrr could be.........well, every famous celeb needs a yappy clinger.
The False Cause Loser White Guilt Tour. It’s you, dude. Embrace it.
You could do lincoln impersonations. Recite the Emancipation Proclamation and tell racist jokes.
You’d have the center seat on The View in no time at all and you could kiss Whoopi’s ass in front of millions.
The False Cause Loser White Guilt Tour.
I think that's called a "tell" in poker, since it reveals more about the player than he intended.
Your description of Free Republic seems to me highly informative.
My intention now is to read some of the books these people wrote, and just see how much of their nonsense I can dismiss outright, and how much requires further research.
My guess is there are nuances of fact & reason which I unintentionally gloss over, but actually deserve more careful expression.
We'll see, but thanks for your thoughtful suggestion.
Your negative attitude towards Free Republic should not prevent you from contributing monthly, as I do, FRiend.
I think it's a great website.
My description is completely accurate.
Obscure threads: these threads almost always get moved to the Smokey Backroom after the False Cause Losers show up, making the thread somewhat obscure.
Antiquated website: the site hasn’t changed in 15 years. Compared to the rest of the interwebs this website is antiquated, e.g., how many other websites does the user html code his own posts?
If any “tell” reveals itself then it should be obvious that I see things for what they are as opposed to what I want them to be as you False Cause Losers do.
Oh, one more thing: I’ll spend my money any way I want to, thank you very much Mr. Big Government man. And If I make contributions to FR, or any other entity, I’m not inclined to brag about it. Period.
Pokie has never regarded this place as anything other than a toilet.
Pungent
Well, it is full of turds like you........snicker.....lol
Have you set your sights on which piece~o~crap LCL book you’re going to review?
Currently reading the first book in post #533.
When finished will go on to the third book in post #535, before circling back to that first book by diloronzo.
Very interesting material, much more than I’d realized.
One interesting thread that I bookmarked dealt with suggestions for books focusing on the Civil War: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/2036596/posts
It got sidetracked as these threads often do but it contains a bunch of references to book titles. I added quite a few to my collection based on the recommendations.
