I called local bondsman, not cause I didn't have money but cause he was out when I got there. bondsmen are happy to take full amount in cash as collateral, and know the locals

In my younger days, now and again I’d bail a friend out of jail. I get a call at 1 AM, then go and meet with the bondsman. We’d get the paperwork done, then my friend would be released.
Those bail bondsmen were friendly enough. But every one I dealt with was drunk, and looked like he just stepped off a pirate ship.

The fact that a former POTUS wasn’t released on his own recognizance is pretty incontrovertible proof of malice on the part of the prosecutors.

Why did PDJT used a bondsman? Poor money management...unless he didn’t have $200K available?!? Waste of $20,000.00 in bondsman fees. Take some bail $$ out of the PAC campaign funded Melania hairdresser budget! ;-)
