This is the business of the Arizona legislature, no one else. If they don’t like their own laws, they’ve had over a year to change is since this was thrown back to the states.

It’s not like an abortion happens without the choice of the aborter, though.
If Kelly was what a Senator was supposed to be: A person who represents his State’s interests in the nation’s Legislature, he would be all for Trump’s stance on State’s rights in determining Abortion.
But no, Kelly represents ONLY himself and his Senate Frat brothers acquiring more power and more money for their own pockets.
Anybody that will help a mother kill her child will not get my vote.
Some people only vote for winners, regardless who they will help kill.
Never should have voted in my lifetime. Look at the country we have. Is there any redeeming value?
Well, that issue is at state level now and not at federal. Kelly’s rhetoric is not about that at all, of course.
Truth. If we do not have the courage to openly argue for our actual viewpoints how could we ever even dream of enacting them?
America needs to repeal the 19th Amendment. We need mandatory school prayer, and we need all abortions and contraceptive devices to be illegal.
But we will never get even remotely close to achieving even a 15-week abortion ban if we refuse to take a stand for our correct viewpoints. If you sacrifice principle for expedience then you have no principles.
So it’s Trumps fault there is a pre-Civil War law. The law was on the books. It was valid. Why the beef with Trump? These are Katie Hobbs judges.

People who don’t believe in a Creator cannot also believe (other) people have been endowed by such “with certain unalienable rights...Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.”
