Hacking a site is a form a property destruction. Property destruction as a means to make a political statement is terrorism... just calling a spade a spade.

But this is not really hacking.

They are sending an http request to an http server that is publicly offered to serve such requests. Presumably, they are sending the response to /dev/null.

Then they are doing it again.
