I can't believe that they would print such trash.

It is hard to determine which is worse this article or the Koran in the toilet article in Newsweak!

If they had one nuke here we would know right where it "WAS" located by the mushroom cloud.

" nuclear weapons already smuggled into the U.S. over the Mexican border with the help of the MS-13 street gang "

I doubt that. MS-13 can't even get cocaine across the border that they have already sold to American investors and collected the money.

"Will it take nuke to convince you people"
It will certainly take one to get our gutless politicians over the fear of political correctness.

"it is worth noting that Bush failed to translate this policy into securing the U.S.-Mexico border through which the nuclear weapons and al-Qaida operatives are believed to have passed with the help of the MS-13 smugglers. He did, however, order the building of underground bunkers away from major metropolitan areas for use by federal government managers following an attack."

According to the author, the news sent Bush "through the roof," prompting him to order his national security team to give nuclear terrorism priority over every other threat to America.

Bull.

If this were true, Bush would have clamped down on the border so fast your head would spin.

And as we can all see, the welcome mat is still out and illegals are still swarming over the border.

Poorly written:

"...linked to a triggering mechanism that can be activated by a clock or, in the newer models, a call from a cell phone."

Nope, just poorly written ... and researched by people wearing tinfoli hats.

No doubt AQ is trying to get nukes, but if they had them in country, they'd have already used them.

Since Peter Sellers is dead, I wonder who they get to play to play the role of Dr. StrangeRove in this comedy?

What? Joe Farah going around the bend?

Wouldn't that mean he becomes less wacky?

"No doubt AQ is trying to get nukes, but if they had them in country, they'd have already used them." Why do you think this? Could AQ not already have some nukes in place but want to wait until more are in place or even wait until the moon is in the right place?

What I'd do is over the course of a week, have middle-east/Iraq cellular companies call all known numbers in service, actuating the ones commissioned to bombs but still in the bomb-making facilities.

And what would you have said 4 years ago if JF had written a similar piece about terrorists highjacking4-5 airplanes and flying them into buildings.

They're just a bunch of sheep herders, who is going to fly the planes for them? As for why haven't they already set off the bombs, maybe as someone said earlier they are waiting till they are all in place for maximum effect. And by the way some of those sheep herders are probably graduates of some our best engineering schools. I know in Indiana our large engineering schools are full of Pakistani students. It is not out of the realm of possibility that a dozen or so of them could have AG leanings.

I know it is not considered good form by some here to take the Pres to task for any failing including leaving our borders wide open, but if the numbers quoted for illegals entering this country per year are even close to accurate we are in big trouble. I have no problem in accepting that not everyone who crosses the border illegally is a poor mexican looking for work.

"I guess it's only a matter of time something like that happens."

I agree it really will probably eventually happen one way or another. But our islamic buddies won't know what to do next when these bad boys zero in.....

Of course any retaliation will only happen if a Repub is POTUS. Thats why I might suspect the Islams will wait in hopes that a RAT will be elected in 2008. That would be Osama's best chance to declair a partial islamic victory and cut a deal

If you want to take the President to task, fine. But Farrah's little piece here is nothing but speculation disguised as fact.

At least half the nuclear weapons in the al-Qaida arsenal were obtained for cash from the Chechen terrorist allies.

Typical World Net Daily nonsense. If Chechen terrorists had access to 20+ nukes, why haven't they used any of them in their war against Russia?

This is so depressing and disturbing. I'm in Atlanta (surely one of the "major cities"). There's no where to hide from nuclear terrorism.

Nuclear terrorism doesn't actually require the possession of nukes. All you need is the help of idiot reporters to say you have them.
