It's been a looong weekend and I had plenty of time to think about a topic I only briefly touched on before: a DUmmie FUnnies Podcast. Before this seemed like something I might like to try. However, now I find the idea of a Podcast totally compelling. It's like a gigantic magnetic whose force field I CAN'T resist. I MUST do a Podcast. A lot of the details of how I want to do it became clear to me over the weekend. (HINT: It WON'T consist of reading the DUmmie FUnnies word for word.) That is why I want to get my Ethernet all set up this week so I can start accessing the Net via Cable (I might be calling Ree Walker about this on Wed. or Thurs.) Oh, and one other fringe benefit to doing a DUmmie FUnnies Podcast---I would be able to plead by voice to Mary Matalin in a shameless grovel to get my DUmmie FUnnies book (with CD-ROM insert for the related comix stories PLUS other goodies) deal. However, Mary Matalin doesn't have to wait for the DUFU Podcast. She can contact me about this RIGHT AWAY at:

Oh, one other thing. Adding an Ethernet nic card to my almost obsolete computer is only a temporary solution. Sometime after Labor Day I want to get a NEW computer which would make it easier for me to do Podcasting. If anybody out there hears of any GREAT deals on computers, let me know.

This latter fantasy was suggested just a few minutes ago by none other than Barney “My Boy Lollipop” Frank. I would rather not hear about Bawney Fwank's fantasies (especially if they involve benburch).

2016 Barack Obama/Brian Schweitzer ticket takes the presidency. And, I am the new Senator from Montana, plus I've already won a Pulitzer and a Best Screenplay Academy Award too. Then I FINALLY get to move out of my mom's basement. She is always stealing my pot and throwing out my good porn. I only get to use their computer after they go to bed and can't find a way to encrypt the stuff I download, so I have to print it out. Afterwards I finally get a girlfriend and then can stop buying all that damn Jergen's Lotion. I thought this part was omitted from the DUmmie's post.
