Heard that on FNC this morning. I think she's trying to follow in Bush's footsteps a bit and stand up and take some responsibility. She never would have done it if Bush hand't. She probably saw that it didn't hurt him at all, and decided it might actually make her look better for being brave enough to admit some fault.
