I have four grandsons and one granddaughter. Three of them are almost draft age. God help us if they become cannon-fodder! — Martha Jo Chalmers Dec 13, 08:49 PM #

When a leader of a democracy tricks his country into a war, or any other policy, that leader is mocking democracy. If “we the people” don’t correct this, we are, in effect, forfeiting our democracy. — Wendy M. Wood Dec 14, 12:14 AM #

It is time to remove our valuable military personnel out of harm’s way for this war that is specifically to line the pockets of the already-wealthy oil corposrations.

Let’s remove our military NOW! — Rita Kiley Dec 14, 02:11 AM #

Yes, you are right we must stand up and fight this evil war. Sometimes I know it feels like we can’t make a difference because we are just one person, but when we join to together united to get the truth out about this evil War, we become like a roaring river that can’t be stop because one person united with many others is powerful.

Enough lives have been lost for oil, please bring the troops home now and spend the “peace dividend” on developing alternative energy sources. — Ralph Walraven Dec 15, 12:41 AM #

Your ego probably makes you think you are a very important person who will go down in history. You will go down in history as an example of everything a person should not be. Christian! Get real. I served and was never a wartime deserter like anyone who didn’t show up for duty during, say the Vietnam War. Then you called a retired 30 year ?56 year old veteran grandmother back into service! Why didn’t you use the opportunity and take her place in this war you believe in so much? I know, you didn’t get enough milk when you were younger. Maybe someone will read this to you but I seriously doubt you will understand. Stop lying, get our troops out of your ego war, and resign! — c Pierce Dec 15, 06:50 PM #

Dito… — Angie Schultz Dec 21, 01:17 PM #

The bible explained that you should not lie. Don’t you follow the bible? — Matthew Goldstein Dec 21, 01:29 PM #

By spying on me and my fellow Americans I realize I am far less safe now than I was when I only had to worry about foreign terrorists. Your actions as president horrifies me. — Brooks Best Dec 21, 01:38 PM #

Why are you bent on destroying the United States? You will go down in history as the absolute worst President this country has ever had, even worse than Nixon. You are shameless in your lies, your corruption, your use of dirty tricks for personal political gain. You have brought the reputation of our country to an all time low, and your policies are aggressively destroying this country. Please resign, and take your corrupt and immoral staff with you. PLEASE!!! — Glenn Andersen Dec 21, 01:38 PM #

TELL BUSH TO STOP PLAYING FAST AND LOOSE WITH THE TRUTH — KEN BUTLER Dec 21, 01:41 PM #

No one is above the law, not even the President and Vice President. Bush is the President, not King of America. It’s past time he wakes up to reality and realizes that! — Delina Blanchett Dec 21, 01:42 PM #

Bush is taking advantage of his ill gotten office of the president. He is not above the law. — Diane McCullough Dec 21, 01:51 PM #

The Democrats are indeed in the throes of a collective nervous breakdown. They are really frustrated and there are few things as entertaining as a frustrated liberal.

However, I am amazed that a United States Senator would post this kind of stuff under/over his name.

Truly, the fat one has been overcome with a fanaticism bordering on dementia.

I am so upset at Bushitlerchimpy my teeth and hair have started to fall out. Can I sue the White house for my doctor bills? I don’t have insurance because I have not worked in 20 years. I get by braiding hair and making hemp pot holders. Do you think I am being spied on by the NSA? Sometimes my phone clicks kind of funny and I don’t think I am THAT paranoid but sometimes I really think someone is listening in, I can barely hear the voices in the background.
