We've vowed in my house to buy ONE Danish product per week. This evening it was Havarti Dill cheese...mmmmmm! I'm scrounging for some Carlsberg lager next week though!

Here is what I am doing to support Denmark. I went to two of our supermarkets and found specific products made in Denmark.
I then sent an email to my friends so they would not have to look up and down the aisles for Danish products.

Also, if you are a beer drinker, Denmark puts out two beers that are widely distributed in the U.S.
Carlsberg and Tuborg. I'm seeking those out on my next beer run.

We had a small party on Saturday night and I only served Carlsberg beer, until we ran out.
One caveat about Carlsberg beer: it's a lot better than most American beer, and thus you'll consume more of it. So if you think you've bought enough, you need to buy more.
