She is Linda Kimball. She writes these things and posts them on various blogs that pretend to be newspapers, then posts them here on Free Republic. Most often, she does not return to participate in the thread.
The mods generally move them to the Bloggers/Personal topic.
I knew it was her. I wanted to see what her justification for this being in news/activism was. It's not like this is the first time she has done this.
