On the topic, remember we are dealing with a "religion" that makes things up as it goes along. In other words, this tactic would only be effective until one of the mullahs declares a special dispensation for martyrs allowing them into paradise even while munching pork rinds. It would be nice if things were that simple. If we nuked Mecca, within days a "new" interpretation of the Koran would be promoted that shows that this was predicted by Moo-hamid himself.
