I have one technical question in all of this. Anytime I’ve requested, a marriage Cert, a Birth, or Death Cert I have had to deal with the NYC Dept of Health or with the County(Borough) records. I have never dealt with the bureaucracy of NY State. Is there a difference in how Hawaii does its records keeping. I may be wrong, but aren’t birth death and marriage records the province of local not state governmnt?

If this is really being stonewalled, my best guess as to why would be that the ethnicity says something other than ‘AFRICAN’ (mama is white, right?)
Pure speculation of course, but that would be severely damaging to his support both in the black community and among guilty white limousine liberals.
