That's a good question, I had always assumed that the DeCosta COLB had been provided as proof of the fraud after the fact now it appears that it has been on the net for a while and could be the source document for the fraud.

Does it really matter? Obama is a Democrat and a “minority.” If all this were true, the law STILL wouldn’t apply to him. In fact in DUmmyland, this would be a “resume-enhancer.”

IT would not matter to Obamanuts if their messiah turned out to be a serial child killer than John Wayne Gacy. For the rest of the known thinking country I think that the issue of fraud and the complicity of those involvede in it outweighs the citizenship issue.

I noticed the DeCosta COLB says "Date Accepted by State Registrar" whereas the Hussein says "Date Filed by Registrar." Both documents appear to be the same revision - OHSM 1.1 (Rev 11/01) - could this be of any significance?.

None as Michele's June 30, 2008 COLB also had the same wording. The language was changed because the function of "State Registrar" was recently turned over to the Director of Health.

but some [and yet not all] Obama’s COLB exhibits a pattern of kerning and quantization that would only appear at a lower resolution, that would suggest the text in question was produced via means other than a high-resolution printer.

Which was the primary issue raised by my very first posting on June 20. I said then, and now, that the text on Obama's COLB was not produced by a laser printer, but was typed in by a graphics program AFTER the image had been created.

As another had noted, very rarely does a sheet of paper go through a printer in exactly the same position as an other sheet. Typically, you will never find that all of the text is oriented perfectly North and South, with perfectly straight lines.

Even a Linotronic doesn't print exact duplicates.

The thing that always caused me to doubt the certificate is because his father's race is entered as African. Now Roger Whittaker is also African, but he is not black. I was under the opinion that back in the 60’s, black people were referred to as Negro. Does anyone else have any thoughts on this?

I think that since Obama Sr. was a citizen of Kenya, Africa, and not a U.S. citizen, his "RACE" would not be listed as NEGRO or BLACK, in light of your Roger Whittaker fact. The question that should be answered is "How did Hawaii classify the different races of SOUTH AFRICA?

The DeCosta image came out AFTER many of us here questioned the Birth Certificate to begin with. We asked for someone in Hawaii to provide a COLB for review. The DeCosta BC was provided and you and others used it to show the differences between it and the that posted at Daily Kos and Obama site.

ARE YOU NOW SAYING, that someone at Kos and Obama site took the DeCosta image and then RE DID the Obama COLB, which in the process now gave us the “seal”?

If that’s what you’re saying then that truly is a smoking gun.

In summary then, are you saying that the current Daily Kos and Obama COLB are DIFFERENT from the ones that were originally posted at these sites?
