It is quite strange that Obama apparently prefers to pay lawyers rather than simply produce the Birth Certificate ... it really does make one wonder if there's a problem.

Always assuming, of course, that's the issue that his lawyers are actually addressing. As a matter of principle I distrust any and all press releases from contending parties in any lawsuit -- they're not interested in presenting the full facts of the case; they're only interested in presenting their facts. Mr. Berg is no exception to this rule.

How long will it take for this to take effect if he is found to be Kenyan-born and not constitutionally able to be POTUS?

A day. A week. What happens if this takes years to find out? Is he required to show this before he gets put on the ballot? I am trying to ask the question without asking it if you know what I mean.

Inasmuch as I like a good conspiracy theory, I think that Occam's Razor is more applicable here. One of the prior posters thought that his race was listed as "Caucasian"....strikes me as a possibility. Something money-related (although how, I don't know) is a good possibility too.

I remember all of the brouhaha over Kerry not releasing his military records, and the upshot of it was that they revealed he got lower grades than Bush while in college. BFD.

The only thing you can rely on are the documents actually filed with the court, all of which you can find at obamacrimes.com
