To be honest, I don’t know. I presume that it would take the form of some sort of impeachment, that the President would be forced to leave office but all prior work stands.
We’ll never know for sure. No court is ever going to take up this issue, and frankly no court ever should. Talk about judicial activism - overturning an election?
He is a citizen with a legal birth certificate or he does not have a birth certificate and is not a citizen. Votes in a General Election can not over ride the Constitution.
