Additionally, it is common knowledge throughout both the Christian and Muslim communities in Kenya, that contrary to news media propaganda here in the United States, US Senator Barack Obama is a Muslim and not a Christian, and that he was born in Mombasa, Kenya and not in the State of Hawaii as falsely purported by the Obama campaign for presidency of the United States.

In a lawsuit anything that can be used for the purpose of impeaching the credibility (or veracity) of a witness is admissable. It might be legally but not logically relevant. His religion is not relevant to Article 2, but he has made it clear he’s a Christian.
So here’s a Holy Man, a bishop, sworn, sayingt he’s a fuzzy muzzie. It’s something like trying to pass off a birth certificate as genuine, then saying, `No good? Oh never mind—here’s a better one. No? OK, try this one.

To all of you. Do you really not see that this is the kind of thing that gives those of us on the right absolutely NO credibility? The state of Hawaii has issued the authentication of Obama’s Hawaiian birth. Obama has fulfilled the eligibility requirements in the eyes of the law. Period. Everyone that I talk to says that this just goes to show how fractured and dysfunctional our side has become. Get grounded. Get real. And get ready for the next election by being smart sound and logical. A house divided will fall.

You are correct about the money. The press fell in line because they knew it would sell. At a time when the MSM was falling into poor economic times, Obama was a gimick they could exploit to pull in more viewers and readers. They could care less about the consequences. The consequences will be the next story to sell.

So much for our guardians of democracy. Something is rotting in the Fourth Estate. I only ask that they double flush the stink as they swirl down.

What was provided was a carefully worded statement that they had obama's birth certificate on file. They did not say what was in it. The reason this causes suspicion was that at the time in Hawaii a person could be born in a foreign country and register a birth certificate in Hawaii. That would help explain why obama has spent 800,000 to avoid releasing a $10 birth certificate and the statement of Obama's Kenyan family and various Kenyans.

Fukino said she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama's original birth certificate.
"Therefore, I as Director for the State of Hawai'i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai'i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures, Fukino said.
Fukino said that no state official, including Gov. Linda Lingle, ever instructed that Obama's certificate be handled differently from any other.

Hawaii most certainly DID NOT. The State of Hawaii only verified that his BC is “on file”

Since Hawaii allowed those not born in Hawaii in 1961 to receive a certificate of Live Birth, there is no way to know where on earth the man born. The fact that his camp bothered to forge a BC and put it online speaks volumes.

Some claim that Grandma Sarah does not speak Swahili.

However Swahili is the official language of Kenya, as well as other countries in the region. It is required from grade 1. According to The CIA Kiswahili (what the language is called in itself, as opposed to what we call it) is one of two official languages of Kenya, and 85.1% of the population is literate, which means over 15 y/o and can read and write. Those folks would have learned Kiswahili/Swahili and English. Many would be trilingual, with their tribal language being the third language.

So it's possible that Granny only speaks Dholuo, the language of the Luo tribe, it doesn't seem likely.

It's also possible that the folks who claim she doesn't speak Swahili don't realize that Kiswahili and Swahili are the same thing.
