José Enrique Serrano
A member of the Progressive Caucus, he is widely regarded as one of the most liberal members of Congress.
(Progressive is a code word for Commie.)
In 2005, Serrano introduced a joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the 22nd Amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as president. It was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary.
(It is not the first time he has done this)
Congressman Serrano has been a critic of the Bush administration’s approach to handling President Hugo Chávez of Venezuela. In 2005, while the Venezuelan President was in New York City speaking before the United Nations, the congressman invited him to his district to speak to his constituency.
Serrano has also been an advocate for Puerto Ricans under FBI prosecution. In May 2000 he brokered an agreement with then FBI Director Louis Freeh, then Puerto Rican Independence Party senator Manuel Rodríguez Orellana and then Puerto Rico Senate Federal Affairs Committee chairman Kenneth McClintock, the islands’ outgoing Senate President, that has resulted in the release of nearly 100,000 pages of previously secret FBI files on Puerto Rican political activists.
AND THE LIST GOES ON!!!
You said — “Also, Venezuela just scrapped presidential term limits for Chavez back in November. Further proof of socialism trying to take root in this country.”
I just read some news article a few days ago about Chavez and him asking oil companies to come in and bid on projects there — and they said in the article that he was still working on that one...
That was about two or three days ago.
Yeah right, we have too many career politicians as it is.
The national popular vote thing is especially insidious because it allows people to have their votes counted as normal but forces the electors to vote with pact members.
Regional voting but I’m sure that’s just one step.
Not good, people should be very aware of our civil liberties and in getting them taken.
:::::::::::::
A bit late, wouldn’t you think? The moron voters should have thought about that in 2006 when they voted and did not vote. Then, they should have thought about it again in 2008 when they voted and did not vote.
I wonder if they will wise up by 2010 when they have a chance at getting a majority back in the Congress????
I am not holding my breath. Half of America is mentally challenged.
add this with con con, and I fear this is WHERE we are going!

Just watch. I believe that in a year Obama will be the most hated man in America. HE will be a joke why?
1. Corruption scandals may well appear.
2. Maybe a sex scandal (he is a Democrat after all).
3. Maybe inability to rule (like Carter).
Lets hope I am wrong and he saves the nation.
The corruption scandals are a given, they have already happened. They will continue and intensify.
Not sure about the sex scandals.
He cannot “Rule”, we have leaders not “Rulers”. Look at his history of voting “Present” in the Senate. He will be much worse than Jimmy Buck-Tooth Carter.
Your observations are correct, YOU ARE CORRECT!!
I’d agree with him too, but Obama has too much help.
He’ll have Google, Yahoo and Live Search censoring anything negative (those three are in the tank for Obama).
He has all the help anyone could dream of from the liberal media.
He is Black (or half technically). He has an Arab name (can’t do wrong to Muslims (or at least most and secular Jews that feel sorry for the Muslims).
The list goes on and on .. with that much help and hype, he won’t be able to any wrong, though all along, be instantiating Socialism/Marxism into the country that currently led the free world.
But hey, I'm just some pecker-wood that lives in the hills with too many guns.. :)
Mr. Fidel, what do you think of Obama
being el presidente of U.S. for 40 years?
When the tide turns, and it will turn, these snakes will drown in their own venom.
This isn’t a surprise.. Libs Love Dictators.
I found that out early .. unreal.
I guess it’s hard for me to see the logic in that .. must be more about *feelings* then.
The whole purpose of terms is to prevent a tyrant from becoming a dictator.
Obama is seems beyond arrogant. He is dangerous. From having his own Seal to Office of President Elect to flipping off his competition to leaving on purpose from across the street to cause a media stir as the President is making his going-out speech etc.
So many people drank the Kool-aid and still are.
Some of what you stated is correct.
He does have Google, Yahoo, and Live Search censoring.
I have seen that first hand. I had some e-mails censored on the connection from my local ISP to Yahoo mail. The e-mails had attachments of screenshots relating to the Sarah Palin e-mail (sort of) hacker. My local ISP finally found out that the problem took place where they connected to Yahoo mail.
Previously I had received a sarcastic remark about something posted on a blog in Tenn. Suspect this triggered the problem.
Have also seen many instances, first with Google, that content was filtered in that you could not use Google to go to a specific website. Explanation was that it might be dangerous to your computer, and if you really wanted to go there, use another search engine.
Yahoo is doing this now. Have in the past 2 weeks seen cases of this. Guess this is what we have to look forward to.
The MSM is dying. They are actively driving nails in their own coffins. Too greedy and stupid to fix the problem, the problem is content. That unfortunately costs money, and exposes ineptness if not done right.
The Black thing is really a made-up issue. He is the racist, not us.
He has an Arab name, a mostly Arab father, and mostly Muslim family. This is Fact.
In 6 months I believe he will be in deep dooooo. But so will we.
bttt
