That is correct. He can run for Governor, Representative, or Senator, but would not be constitutionally qualified to be President/Vice President.

Who knows? Either that, or they are controled by the network owners, or they also believe in and want the Constitution to be done away with to make room for the New World Order! I just do not know!

Jindal has already said he has no interest in running for president so he has counted himself out.
At this point, I’m willing to let the democrats have their inauguration as long as the truth comes out shortly thereafter. It would please me greatly to have the truth revealed to the entire world that not only is he not qualified, but that the highest ranking members of the democrat party knew it and conspired together to get him not only elected, but to cover up the truth and obstruct justice in doing so. If we have to have Obama as president, then the people need to know just how much contempt the democrats hold for the Constitution and how little they intend to uphold it unless doing so suits their desires.
And, if the truth comes out that Obama is ineligible, how can the congress not impeach him? To do otherwise is to publicly and blatantly disregard the Constitution. To do that is to encourage the constituency to do the same. Either we abide by the Constitution, or we do not.
This could get messy, but if Obama is ineligible, then he has nobody to blame but himself for the mess. There is also plenty of blame to go around here, enough to shake the democrat party to its core.
Frankly, that works for me. While I’d have preferred the truth to come out earlier, this would work well, too.

By his evasive actions, Obama has already told us he is foreign born. No one will have the nerve to question The One.
They were working on this in Feb. of '08 when it was becoming evident that McCain was going to be stuffed down our throats and NOT YET fully apparent that Obama was going to beat Hillary. She may have been keeping open the option of BHO as her VP or she may have just wanted to run against McCain and needed to keep him looking eligible. The more on both sides that contributed to the pretence, the better for her--at least at that time.
Also, if she has the goods on BHO, she can and probably did demand that she gets a plum appointment plus an almost total repeat of the Clinton Crime Family really running things. And even with all that, if she finds a way to expose him without implicating herself, you can pretty well figure Biden will ask her to be his VP...

They explained why they didn’t get too much into Hillary in that article, Truth. They’re coming out with a video that has some eye opening revelations in its own right. I’ll give you a hint: It has to do with what Bill himself said during the campaign. Bill knew and he practically came right out and said so. Bill also threatened to say more after January, and we all see what happened before January, didn’t we?

There’s plenty more if you want to actually research where they got the terminology from. There’s no doubt after you read Vattel, Bingham, Perkins v. Elg, etc., that the framers obviously didn’t want anyone who was tainted by foreign influence (not having due allegiance to the U.S. and Obama’s father did not) to be able to approach the highest seat in the land.
Obama, Jr. wasn’t even raised here. He was raised in Indonesia. He speaks to Kenyans as his “brothers and sisters”. He faults the U.S. for not helping Kenya enough. He considers himself a citizen of the “world”. He refused to salute his own flag.
Are we getting the picture yet as to WHY the framers knew what they were doing and these idiots in there now couldn’t care less?

Yes, I also heard President Bush give his final address. When he said “citizen of the United States of America” I was wishing he had said “natural born citizen of the United States of America”. The reason being, President Bush IS a “natural born” citizen since he was born on US soil to two parents who are citizens.
But Barack Hussien Obama aka Barry Soetoro? Born in Hawaii? Maybe, maybe not...who knows? Born of two parents who are/were US citizens? His mother was, his father was not a US citizen. So, no matter where Obama was born, he is not a “natural born” citizen due to his father. If he was actually born on US soil...like Hawaii, then he is a citizen just not “natural born” citizen.
I think they were paving the way for Obama if Hillary lost and John McCain was an easier candidate to beat, so they wanted to leave him right where he was.
It was a win-win move for Hillary. She would be up against McCain and if all else failed, Obama would be up against McCain and reward Hillary for not flapping her jaws about Obama’s eligibility. But Bill, that’s another story. He did hint many times that Obama was not eligible when confronted by the media and asked if Bill believed that Obama was qualified. Seems they caught Bill on a few occassions where he was less than happy with the later Obama campaign tactics. Maybe he was worried the back door deal was going to fall through?
He started to fume in October. He told the media to come back and talk to him after the “January elections”. How telling is that? Before that happens, Hillary is made SOS and Bill will be an envoy. I guess Bill won’t be talking as threatened, eh?
Either way you look at it, once they had the participation of the republicans on this, they blackmailed them right into a corner. The republicans bought right into it like rats to the cheese, too. Once they participated in the scam built for McCain, they gagged themselves. Of course they also had Bobby Jindal waiting in the wings being primed for 2012 to think about too.
