Dude!!! If you are still praying that the scotus will look at this after the SCOTUS has turned down numerous challenges then God thinks you are silly. Get a grip on reality. Obama will be sworn in. The fix is and has been in for a long time. Besides, I believe the SCOTUS have been assured by Obama and dem leaders of congress that they will give them pay raises.
What ? The Supreme Court be the cause of nationwide rioting, looting and claims of raaaacism! Just on account of following that silly little Constitution thingy! Don’t be so naive.
if the Constitution meant anything at all, the Federal Reserve wouldn’t exist and the Iraq war would have been formally declared by Congress. The major issues were lost long ago. The debate about whether Obama or that other guy who was born in a hospital just outside the Canal Zone is eligible is a trivial detail compared to the wholesale shredding of the Constitution about the last decades.
That is just according to the old Constitution. Everybody knows that anchient relic means nothing in the current socailist democracy. That paper was for a Free Republic.

Perhaps you are correct about SCOTUS not acting on the several cases before the Court. That remains to be seen.
Seems to me the burdon of proof lies with Barack Hussien Obama aka Barry Soetoro. Yet he fights nearly 25 cases in Courts across the country to keep from producing his original long form Certificate of Live Birth. WHY??

After Barry is sworn in on Tuesday (yes, he will be sworn in), he will stay there until at least Jan. 20, 2013. The ONLY thing that can remove a sitting President is impeachment in the House and conviction in the Senate, period.
With clear majorities in both houses of Congress, that won't happen anytime soon, for any reason.

If the case actually made it to court the burden is still on the accuser to prove. But Barry has to produce counter evidence to show the accuser is wrong. Why he hasn’t done so only makes the situation escalate.
But don’t count on SCOTUS to do anything. It’s obvious they are not prepared to act.
Interesting write-up on the BC issue. Zapen has interesting speculation about the involvement of McCaskill, the involvement of Obama & McCain is obvious, but fails to even speculate on why Hillary co-sponsored both attempts at changing citizen requirements. Why did Hillary stick her nose in this issue?
