Dude!!! If you are still praying that the scotus will look at this after the SCOTUS has turned down numerous challenges then God thinks you are silly. Get a grip on reality. Obama will be sworn in. The fix is and has been in for a long time. Besides, I believe the SCOTUS have been assured by Obama and dem leaders of congress that they will give them pay raises.

Yes, Obama WILL be sworn in. But how long he remains in office remains to be seen if SCOTUS requires Barack Hussien Obama aka Barry Soetoro to prove he meets the constitutional qualifications to hold the office of Commander in Chief.
