if the Constitution meant anything at all, the Federal Reserve wouldn’t exist and the Iraq war would have been formally declared by Congress. The major issues were lost long ago. The debate about whether Obama or that other guy who was born in a hospital just outside the Canal Zone is eligible is a trivial detail compared to the wholesale shredding of the Constitution about the last decades.

And the government would have no right to know what's in your garage, holster, or bank account.
