"But how long he remains in office remains to be seen " After Barry is sworn in on Tuesday (yes, he will be sworn in), he will stay there until at least Jan. 20, 2013. The ONLY thing that can remove a sitting President is impeachment in the House and conviction in the Senate, period.
With clear majorities in both houses of Congress, that won't happen anytime soon, for any reason.

The question would then arise, is he really president if he did not meet all the qualifications?

Yes, that is true of a sitting “President”. However there remains the question of how one is removed if they are not legally President to begin with?
It really does not matter WHERE Barack Hussien Obama aka Barry Soetoro was born. His father was not a US citizen at the time of Obama’s birth. If Obama was born in Hawaii he is a US citizen but STILL not a “natural born” citizen.

Even if you are right, and I am not saying you are,any actions taken by an unqualified leader like obamba will be challenged in court like never before.

If he is an usurper he is not a legal president and he’d be arrested as the fraud that he is....impeachment is only for a legal constitutional POTUS...he thinks he and his team have outsmarted us....he is in for one huge surprise...
