I would hope that they would go forward and uphold the Constitution they have sworn to protect. If they ruled Barack Hussien Obama aka Barry Soetoro eligible, then he would remain in office.

If SCOTUS requires proof from Barack Hussien Obama aka Barry Soetoro, and he somehow can not show proof then he would not remain in office.

I do know that if the Constitution is not upheld “the very fabric of this country WILL be torn apart”!

It's still going to happen whether SCOTUS or Uncle Hussein cause it or facilitate it. There is likely to be a new succession movement gaining momentum in the near future. This loss of Constitutional Protection and Process coupled with those inside the Beltway acting as Aristocrats is turning off more folk than us savvy political junkies.
