Perhaps you are correct about SCOTUS not acting on the several cases before the Court. That remains to be seen.
Seems to me the burdon of proof lies with Barack Hussien Obama aka Barry Soetoro. Yet he fights nearly 25 cases in Courts across the country to keep from producing his original long form Certificate of Live Birth. WHY??

At this point, I’m willing to let the democrats have their inauguration as long as the truth comes out shortly thereafter. It would please me greatly to have the truth revealed to the entire world that not only is he not qualified, but that the highest ranking members of the democrat party knew it and conspired together to get him not only elected, but to cover up the truth and obstruct justice in doing so. If we have to have Obama as president, then the people need to know just how much contempt the democrats hold for the Constitution and how little they intend to uphold it unless doing so suits their desires.
And, if the truth comes out that Obama is ineligible, how can the congress not impeach him? To do otherwise is to publicly and blatantly disregard the Constitution. To do that is to encourage the constituency to do the same. Either we abide by the Constitution, or we do not.
This could get messy, but if Obama is ineligible, then he has nobody to blame but himself for the mess. There is also plenty of blame to go around here, enough to shake the democrat party to its core.
Frankly, that works for me. While I’d have preferred the truth to come out earlier, this would work well, too.
