No, you need a law. The Constitution lays out the requirement but is silent on who is responsible for checking those requirements and how. Until that loophole is closed then Obama is violating no law by refusing to show you his birth certificate.

But that's okay, you stay on the sideline. Those of us who care about the law will do the heavy lifting.

The constitution says you have to be qualified. How do you you suggest we verify a candidates qualifications, mind reading? Are you really this unable to answer your own questions or are you just playing around. My grandson figured this out in about 3 minutes.
