Last week it looked like the Socialist Republican/Democrat Regime in power were all ready to sign the outsized welfare checks for their cronies and best friends and big corporate donors. You know in the name of “spending” to “stimulate the economy”.
The Republicans tried for about six minutes there to pretend that they were actually “for capitalism” as they fought against the original stimulus bill that the Democrats put forth last week with much fanfare and blustery.
Of course, they were just playing their old game….it wasn’t that the Republicans are against all this confiscation of wealth from those who have been paying their bills and responsible and are ready for this downturn and giving that wealth to the most politically-connected cronies. No, they just didn’t like that it was mostly Democrat cronies that were going to get all the redistributed wealth the government wants to spend.
But guys, a funny thing has happened as the TARP and Bailouts and Stimulus and big government control gets ever uglier and uglier…
AMERICANS are standing up against the powers. A vast majority of us, the vast majority of emailers, viewers, friends, family, and everyone I talk to and in every poll I see shows that the citizenry is adamant about not letting the government casually throw around trillions for their cronies anymore.
Let’s not give up. This fight ain’t over.

What if they had silenced all conservative talk radio by now.
What if they had a super majority in the Senate.
What if there had been no opposition voices in Congress that were heard (MSM cover up).
This greasy pork would have signed today.
Scary 60 seconds wasn't it.
Now think what we'll have to do in the next 2 years to save this here Republic.
Don't just think national, think city council, think state legislature, think state offices (Sec. of State comes to mind, of course I live in Minnesota). Think congress critter, think Senator. We'd better get to work because we've got a long way to go and a short time to get there.
