One can pretty much regard the Congressional Black Caucus as an adjunct of Castro’s government.
They are only in Cuba to see what’s in it for themselves. No Congress person ever looks into anything; unless there is a payoff for them. Usually an underhanded and crooked payoff not meant to benefit the people they represent; only themselves.
