This photo looks more muscular, beefier than the adult Obama. Getting skinnier is not a normal thing to happen to a male as he matures. Especially if you were supposed to be athletic as a teen.
Obama’s admitted use of cocaine would take care of that part of the ‘problem’ regarding loss of musculature (It would also explain the inredibly skinny legs he’s got — even though ther are plenty of people in the world with skinny legs that haven’t ever touched the stuff! LOL)
By making Obama look taller and more muscular than the real Obama was, the Photoshoppers are creating a delusional image of power.
