“I just purchased a high-dollar appliance for my home, and the barcode started with 691 and said Made In China on the side. Sadly, I believe one would be hard-pressed finding any electronics Made in USA.
My sister is remodeling her kitchen and told me that pretty much Bosch was the only one for appliances still in USA. I haven’t checked it out but will when we start building our new house . . . whenever that might be.

My uncle has run a tile and flooring company for 25 years, and in all of the remodels he's done, he's recommended Bosch. Aside from his fridge, most of his kitchen equipment is Bosch. He's gone through 2 fridges and nothing else. Testament to American product resilience.

She will love the Bosch, I have a Bosch dishwasher and it is wonderful. It is so quiet you have to be next to the door to hear if it is running and there is no heater in them, completely stainless steel interior which retains the only heat for drying. Also with the stainless steel, no more rusting interiors.
My next product will be the Fisher Paykel washer & dryer, very few moving parts to wear out and much less water.
