Truly the most STOOPID ‘fashion idea’ I’ve ever seen.

"Trust me women, you look about as ‘cute’ in capri pants as a plumber’s hairy ass crack after 12 hours of cleaning up fecal matter in 120 degree heat."

What am I missing? The capri pants seem cuter to me.

Just another homo clothing designer, with amorous designs on stinky, hairy-assed plumbers?

I'm with you; I'll take the capris any day.

As for my wife, she has proportionally short legs, so unlike regular (even most "Petite" or "Short" sizes) pants, she can buy capris and not have to shorten them to fit like regular slacks should.

I’m 59 and shorts don’t cut it anymore.

Yep! I never thought I'd wear pedal pushers again after I was 8 but here they are, back in style and just when my body needs them the most!

I dont't think I could get through summer school without them!

I think they’re great to cover my well earned dimples in places that I didn’t have them when I was 8. :-)

After a day of mountain biking or skiing double black diamonds, my husband and I are too tired to dance. :=)

But...We could probably get good at it. :-)

Depends on what’s underneath ‘em.

Oh, yeah. No pockets give a slimmer, cleaner line, but where do I put the key and cell phone when I’m walking Bubba. Gotta have those pockets.

Well, I’m too old to wear shorts also, but it’s 99 degrees at 9:30 here in Irving, Texas, and I wear shorts everywhere but church.

If price is no object check out Abercrombie, American Eagle etc.. Eddie Bauer and Lands End always have them too.

Price conscious? Marshalls, TJ MAX and Ross have a good selection now before the school RUSH.....we have been shopping them all, this week, for Junior High Boys.

I agree, the styles today are horrible. I do like Capri's as I am too old for shorts.

What I really hate are those horrible unsightly maternity tops they keep putting on the racks, and they are there for all ages. I had to wear those in the past and sure don't want to look pregnant again.

I asked a young girl in a store if she was pregnant, she said no. I then asked why she was wearing a maternity top. Rude maybe, but appropriate.

Pregnant girls today wear T shirts stretched over their belly, it is so tacky. Non pregnant wear the maternity tops. What's up with that?

Very funny! I don’t know if I could diagram how to do it well enough to help.

I need a Mother sometimes too and I am in my 70’s. She taught me all she knew about sewing but I went far beyond by the time I was a teenager. Made my own gowns and all my girls wedding gowns too...beading is fun and I love the tailored buttonholes etc.

They send me pictures and I send back the finished dresses or suits...They are lucky and so am I to be able to please them...most of the time. Nothing I make looks “homemade” !

Lately I have started making them jewelery to exactly match the clothes...that is fun and lets me create. I have made so many patriotic earrings and bracelets that I needed a change.

Who cares how long or short they make my legs look? They are cooler than pants and cover my knobby knees. I LIKE capris.
