$2 Trillion “really isn’t a lot of money” (so says US Rep from PA)

US Representative Paul Kanjorski (D-PA), recently graced us with his presence on the airwaves of Northeast PA by doing a “Radio Town Hall” on WILK. Over the August recess, he has done 1 “Telephone Town Hall” in which his staff chose who asked questions, and this “Radio Town Hall”, and refuses to meet face-to-face with his constituents, as he just doesn’t have the time to do so.

In discussing the recent upward revision of the projected 10 year US budget deficit from $7 Trillion to $9 Trillion, he remarked that the $2 Trillion difference “really isn’t a lot of money…”.

$2T isn’t a lot of money? Then let’s let Kanjorski pay it.

Fine.

Then let's have a 2 trillion dollar tax cut.

After all, it "really isn't a lot of money".

I would like to make a projection in terms of 20%............make that 100% of the libs......that they are all idiots. Do they think this is Monopoly money? It is our money. It seems like free poker chips to them when it is not theirs.......I like to think it is quite personal to me.

Time to throw the FUGGIN bums out....every damn one of them!

I am almost to the point of saying “by any means necessary” but I dont think we are to that point quite yet. Of course.....if I said that, I would be branded a racist.

The elitist pr!ck may hold a therapy “shouting session” down the road if he has time as it may has some merit.

Talk about condescending. (Alinsky rule #5.)

From bloodsucking leeches in public office that never have to pay it, it's not a lot of money.

I have a Cosmic Karma fantasy where I wake up and there's a new sheriff in town, ala “Bufford Pusser”. He reads the Constitution and assigns these Washington Elites to “appropriate” accommodations. Of course many of them would be right at home next to urinals.

Oh, good, Congressman. Then you won’t mind scraping out your couch for change and paying it yourself rather than nailing us (any my kids) with the bill!

Please say someone actually has this recording?

It should be played along with Pelosi, Reid, Holder Biden and 0bamas best “let them eat cake” clip thru the next election and then we can retake the House and Senate.

flunked math?

He probably didn’t take any after high school. I can picture him having something useless like a poli sci degree.

No offense to anybody who may have one, but I have never worked anywhere where something usable and practical was produced, where anybody ever said, “Hey, we need a couple of poli sci majors!”

OK Congressman, I have a little proposal for you. Take your 2008 IRS form 1040 (presuming that you have done one) and take your AGI and increase it by 20% and follow through with the rest of the calculations. Is that much money?

An alternative would be for you to stand in the "Well of Congress" and start counting out to a SINGLE Trillion by Millions (aren't I generous?) and see how long it would take you, YOU TWIT!!

Here’s Kanjorski around the first of this year:

At 2 minutes, 20 seconds into this C-Span video clip, Rep. Paul Kanjorski of Pennsylvania explains how the Federal Reserve told Congress members about a “tremendous draw-down of money market accounts in the United States, to the tune of $550 billion dollars.” According to Kanjorski, this electronic transfer occured over the period of an hour or two.

Here is a transcript of what Kanjorski says More.. in the video:

“On Thursday Sept 15, 2008 at roughly 11 AM The Federal Reserve noticed a tremendous draw down of money market accounts in the USA to the tune of $550 Billion dollars in a matter of an hour or two.

Money was being removed electronically.

The treasury tried to help with $150 Billion.

But could not stem the tide.

It was an electronic run on the banks

The treasury intervened but had they not closed down the accounts they estimated that by 2 PM that afternoon. Within 3 hours. $5.5 Trillion would have been withdrawled and collapsed and within 24 hours the world economy.”
